At Shop4Hair, we strive to provide high-quality salon products, tools, and furniture that meet professional standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a simple and transparent return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included.

There are no signs of wear, use, or installation (especially for electrical items and furniture).
Non-returnable items include:

Used or opened haircare or cosmetic products

Items with hygiene seals broken

Customized, special-order, or clearance items

Gift cards
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Shop4Hair covers all costs for returns due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where Shop4Hair is at fault (wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
6. Furniture & Electrical Equipment
For high-value items such as:

Barber chairs

Shampoo units

Styling stations
-
Electrical tools (dryers, clippers, straighteners)
Additional conditions apply:

Items must be unassembled and unused.

Any damage caused by incorrect installation or handling will void the return eligibility.

Shop4Hair reserves the right to apply a restocking fee (up to 15%) depending on the item’s condition.
