Shop4Hair – Return & Refund Policy

At Shop4Hair, we strive to provide high-quality salon products, tools, and furniture that meet professional standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included.

  • There are no signs of wear, use, or installation (especially for electrical items and furniture).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or opened haircare or cosmetic products

  • Items with hygiene seals broken

  • Customized, special-order, or clearance items

  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@shop4hair.ch with your order number.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Shop4Hair covers all costs for returns due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where Shop4Hair is at fault (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

6. Furniture & Electrical Equipment

For high-value items such as:

  • Barber chairs

  • Shampoo units

  • Styling stations

  • Electrical tools (dryers, clippers, straighteners)

Additional conditions apply:

  • Items must be unassembled and unused.

  • Any damage caused by incorrect installation or handling will void the return eligibility.

  • Shop4Hair reserves the right to apply a restocking fee (up to 15%) depending on the item’s condition.
